No outright winner in the Electoral Points format. Run-off between Wilson and T. Roosevelt scheduled
six weeks after initial election. However, because of Wilson's closeness to the need-to-mark (3,525
short of 70,510) and the wide gap between Wilson and Roosevelt (66,985 and 35,335), the option of
declaring a Voluntary Concession would be open to Roosevelt. This would award Wilson 3,535 points
from Roosevelt, making their final counts 70,520 and 31,800 respectively and certifying Wilson as
  the 1912 election winner.

NOTE -- In actual fact, Wilson won the 1912 election outright.

No outright winner in the Electoral Points format. Run-off between Truman and Dewey scheduled
four weeks after initial election. However, because of Truman's closeness to the need-to-mark
(509 short of 71,510) and the gap between Truman and Dewey (71,001 and 60,501), the option of
declaring a Voluntary Concession would be open to Dewey. This would award Truman 519 points
from Dewey, making their final counts 71,520 and 59,982 respectively and certifying Truman as
  the 1948 election winner.

NOTE -- In actual fact, Truman won the 1948 election outright.
